Buna ziua, vreau sa-mi povestesc experienta extrem de NEplacuta.
Scriu acest feedback imediat ce am iesit de pe usa atelierului pentru ultima data. Nu am cuvinte sa zic cat de dezamagit sunt de "doamna croitor".
Mi-am dat seama cum este ea defapt dupa ce am platit prima transa de bani (camasa plus pantaloni) si mi-am tot zis ca o sa fie bine, dar intuitia mea mi-a aratat de la inceput..Minte si vorbeste urat gratuit, de toti clientii care i-au calcat pragul ori de cate ori eram si eu acolo. I-am adus poze de referinta pentru o camasa si nu a iesit cum voiam eu si raspunsul doamnei a fost ca nu are cum sa-mi stea la fel pentru ca modelul din fotografie este mai scund decat mine...un raspuns in bezna mintii. Camasa respectiva mi-a adus-o patata de fierul de calcat.
Am mai gasit ulterior o pata rosie pe interior...si cand i-am atras atentia a spus ca ea nu vede si ca posibil am patat-o eu cand am probat-o... ofuscata, a spus ca o duce ea la curatatorie(ca si cum imi face un favor); Atenție, nu am ieșit din atelier cu cămașă respectivă! Când i-am exprimat nemulțumirea față de cămașă, pentru ca era cusuta prost in zona pieptulului(am poze) comportamentul său a devenit și mai neplăcut, refuzând să se calmeze până nu am insistat în mod repetat (am inregistrari pe telefon cand ma jigneste).Am mai prins o cearta dintre ea si o femeie la care i-a stricat mai multe lucruri(iarasi, am inregistrare).
Dacă analizați alte recenzii negative, veți observa că același tipar de comportament se repetă, ceea ce spune multe despre profesionalismul dânsei.(iti spune sa vii marti pe 17 si cand ajungi iti spune ca nu trebuia azi/ ajungeti la un comun acord in legatura cu hainele si dupa cand face vreo prostie, nu mai recunoaste ce ati vorbit... traieste in realitatea ei).
Se plangea ca are deja prea multi clienti si ca nu-i mai trebuie oameni de pe internet asa ca, haideti s-o ajutam!!

Sa nu mai zic ca toata treaba a durat aproape 2 luni, transforma munca de cateva ore, in saptamani. In total am platit suma de 1100 lei si daca stiti vorba aia, “si batut si cu banii luati”, asa m am simtit eu. S a comportat de parca nu as fii platit nimic si munceste pe gratis.
Am observat ca doamna croitor, obisnuieste sa raspunda la aceste review-uri. Sunt curios ce explicații va găsi pentru acesta...

I realized how she really is after I paid the first tranche of money (shirt plus pants) and I kept telling myself that it will be fine, but my intuition showed me from the beginning.. She lies and talks bad for free, about all the customers who crossed her threshold whenever I was there too. I brought her reference pictures for a shirt and it didn't turn out the way I wanted and the lady's answer was that it couldn't fit me the same because the model in the photo is shorter than me...an answer in the dark of my mind. The said shirt brought me the iron stain.
I later found a red spot on the inside... and when I drew her attention she said that she couldn't see it and that I might have stained it when I tried it on... confused, she said that she was taking it to the cleaners (as if she was doing me a favor); Attention, I did not leave the workshop with that shirt! When I expressed my displeasure with the shirt, because it was poorly sewn in the chest area (I have pictures), her behavior became even more unpleasant, refusing to calm down until I repeatedly insisted (I have recordings on my phone of her offending me). I also caught a fight between her and a woman where she damaged several things (again, I have a recording).
If you analyze other negative reviews, you will notice that the same pattern of behavior is repeated, which says a lot about her professionalism. (she tells you to come on Tuesday the 17th and when you arrive she tells you that it wasn't supposed to be today/ you reach a mutual agreement about the clothes and after she does something stupid, she doesn't recognize what you talked about... she lives in her reality).
She was complaining that she already has too many clients and that she doesn't need people from the internet anymore, so let's help her!!
I forgot to say that she did not give me a tax receipt for the 600 paid later, but, of course, she told me that she did. This is a problem other customers are having, according to reviews. Not to mention that the whole thing took almost 2 months, turning the work of a few hours into weeks. Mereu ajungem pe ultima sută de metrii, și doamna este foarte săritoare și ne ajută💝 eu am apelat la dansa pentru rochia de cununie, rochia de botez și de turtă 🤣toate au ieșit extraordinar, într-un timp foarte scurt 💝

O doamna foarte nepolitica, analfabeta, m-a sunat duminica sa iau paltonul dar cand am ajuns a strigat la mine ca este foarte ocupata (atentie, era la telefon), i-am cerut sa ma sune odata ce a fost comandata. gata, ea nu a făcut-o. M-am dus cu haina mea sa o scurtez, munca este subcompatibila cu banii pe care i-am platit, va trebui sa ma duc la o alta croitorasa sa-i repare cusaturi dezordonate. Nu recomand deloc, cel mai prost serviciu.

Timp de așteptare uriaș (a fost nevoie de aproape două luni pentru a-mi returna comanda, ceea ce a fost foarte simplu), de multe ori când am vrut să vin să-mi iau comanda, magazinul fie era închis, fie comanda nu era încă finalizată, iar unul dintre cu condiția ca țesăturile să fie pierdute în timpul procesului. nu recomand.

Nici măcar o stea nu merita așa-zisul atelier de croitorie. In condițiile in care “doamna” știa de la bun început ca am nevoie de rochie pentru propria cununie (și mai ales data evenimentului meu), cel mai probabil a găsit potrivit sa își ia intre timp alte lucrări mai “urgente”, considerând ca este in regula sa îmi dea rochia chiar și cu o zi înainte pe principiul “dar ce te grabesti așa domnisoara?!”. Prima proba trebuia sa aibe loc miercurea trecută, timp in care dumneaei a avut treaba pe la “dentist”, nu a avut material și lista de scuze poate sa continue. A avut la dispoziție mai bine de 10 zile in care nici măcar nu a sinchisit sa desfaca rochia, cu atat mai puțin sa își ducă angajamentul la bun sfârșit. Astazi am fost data afara din “atelierul” dumneaei spunând ca de ce vin sa intreb in ce stadiu este rochia și ca sunt de fata și alți clienți. Dar de ce aveti de ascuns faptul ca nu va faceți treaba? Doar ca sa apuce clientul sa dea banii de avans și sa rămână agățat de atelierul dvs sperând ca in al 9-lea ceas ii va fi gata produsul? Atitudinea execrabila ca și cum doamna ar presta un serviciu gratis si iti face o favoare, nu contra unei sume (total făcut din pix oricum ca prețurile nu sunt afișate nicăieri), ca mai apoi tot tu ca și client sa fii sunat la telefon și mustrat 😂 (+apel închis in nas și conversație in care tu nu-ți poți exprima punctul de vedere, intrucat doamna cel mai bine știe sa tipe și atat) despre cum ți-ai permis sa vii sa intrebi in ce stare este rochia in condițiile in care mai ai 4 zile pana la eveniment și prima proba trebuia facuta cu aproape o săptămâna in urma. Daca aveti de gând sa sfârșiti prin a va pierde timpul, nervii și a va ridica produsul înapoi fiind nevoiți poate pe ultima suta de m sa găsiți pe altcineva, doar încercați sa stați 5 min de vorba cu dumneaei și puteți sa va dați seama din tonul vocii și din cum sunteți luati peste picior dacă vreti sa apelați sau nu la serviciile acestui “minunat atelier”. P.S.: reclamația a fost deja înregistrată, sa nu va faceți griji.

In atelierul nostru de croitorie am dezvoltat 3 linii principale de servicii: design vestimentar, realizarea hainelor la comanda si retusuri haine.
Cum facem?
Beneficiati de toata atentia si priceperea noastra indiferent de motivul pentru care ne treceti pragul: o haina noua sau un simplu retus ori reparatie.
Cu ce lucram?
In privinta materialelor, imbratisam cu drag clasicele precum matasea si bumbacul, dar in acelasi timp suntem deschisi utilizarii materialelor noi, ecologice.

Creatiile vestimentare Cosy Tailor pot fi alese din magazinul online si apoi personalizate (telefonic sau prin intermediul formularului de comanda). Furnizarea propriilor masuri asigura potrivirea perfecta, confort maxim si punerea in valoarea a corpului. Este primul pas catre haine personalizate. pe ceilalti ii realizam noi in atelier.
